• Engage in fundraising work including developing grants proposals, presentation and impact reports to grant makers
• Attend and participate in meetings with donors to identify, cultivate and maintain sponsors for continued service sustainability and to meet beneficiaries’ needs
• Maintain appropriate records to ensure fundraising income is processed efficiently with timely acknowledgements, thank you letters
• Develop the promotional strategy, communications and collateral to engage corporate partnerships
• Initiate and implement CSR events
• Provide support to the team, and other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time

Requirements
• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent;
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferably in social services and non-profit organization disciplines, recent graduates will also be considerate;
• Bilingual in Chinese and English, fluency in both written and verbal English is essential;
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multi-culture environment;
• Strong organizational skills, multi-task, able to anticipate needs and prioritize work;
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure;
• Able to analyze and present materials clearly and concisely;
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Applications;
• Passionate in child and family welfare, especially underprivileged community
